If I understand correctly, you're asking two questions;

Q 1. Is the consumption of porn a sign of getting older?

A. I think that some people are more visual than others, and therefore enjoy porn more. But it's not a question of age.
It is true though that older men tend to have more disposible income than younger men, and they are able to purchase more of anything.


Q 2. Is porn associated with young men viewing older men as targets for money?

A. I don't think that the models performing in porn take their viewer's age into consideration. They make films for different reasons, but none of them have to do with targeting older men.
